For Sammy's 3rd Birthday we decided to have a Carnival Theme. It was a ton of fun but a lot of work. We made a football toss game. We also had tattoo's, and a fishing game. We ate hotdogs, corndogs, chips, orange slices, and strawberry lemonade. I made cotton candy cupcakes, chocolate chips cookie dough cupcakes, and devils food cupcakes. The kids got little treats from the fishing game and got to take cotton candy home. (the little ones got teddy grahams)
